Blessings for the road.

As we count down to the final days before departure, St. Michael's Parish blessed the participants of the pilgrimage at our 10:30 service today. We all gathered at the altar for the prayers and the blessing. The whole congregation held us up in prayer.

These youth look like they are ready to depart. It is amazing what a blessing can do to calm the soul.
